Tyson Kinsell

June 7, 1932 — June 29, 2020

Tyson C. Kinsell, age 88, of Waretown passed away on Monday, June 29, 2020 at home. Born in Philadelphia, he lived in Elmer, Coudersport, PA and Forked River before moving to Waretown in 2018. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Kinsell was First Lt. in the US Air Force and Personnel Director for the Fairmount Park Commission, Philadelphia. He was a real estate investor, and the owner of Deer Lick Camping Area in Coudersport, PA for many years. He was a member of the Forked River Presbyterian Church and the Disabled American Veterans, Chapter 81, Lacey. He enjoyed genealogy, reading and golf, was a great cook, and was known for his intelligence and sense of humor. Mr. Kinsell was predeceased by his sister Joan Elizabeth, parents, L. Tyson Kinsell and Estelle Blanche (Sword) Kinsell. He is survived by his wife, Jayne (Cubberley) Kinsell; his brother, James Kinsell and many nieces and nephews. Cremation was private. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 11 am at the Forked River Funeral and Cremation Service, 1022 Lacey Road, Forked River.
