Ronald A Wainwright

Ronald A. Ronnie Wainwright, age 69 of Lakehurst, passed away on March 2, 2016 at home. Born in Bayville, he lived in Lakehurst most of his life. Ronnie was a self-employed landscaper, he enjoyed being outdoors, metal detecting and searching for artifacts. He was a coin and music collector, enjoyed writing poetry, telling stories, and was proud to be a Piney. Ronnie was a loving dad and a cherished grand Pop Pop who was happiest spending time with his family. Predeceased by his parents, 3 brothers and 1 sister; Ronnie is survived by his daughter and her husband, Laura and Ron Zlotkowski; his son Ronnie; his step daughter, Heather Velders; his siblings, Stanley, Janet, Barry, and Terry; his granddaughters, Alicia and Ashley; his 7 nieces and 6 nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours from 6pm until 9pm on Friday, March 11, 2016 at Lacey Memorial Home 1022 Lacey Road Forked River, NJ 08731. A celebration of Ronnies life will be held at 8pm on Friday, March 11, at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted.
