Regina "Jean" Kathleen Rotenberry

Regina "Jean" Kathleen Rotenberry passed away on August 29th at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Born in Jersey City, NJ in 1948, she was a 30-plus year employee of the U.S. Federal Government working primarily as an administrative and security officer. Upon her retirement in 2004, she continued working part time as a government contractor for Solari Creative until the time of her death. As a longtime resident of Brick Township, NJ, she was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Jean had a wonderful smile and sense of humor that lifted the spirit of all in the room. She was an avid reader and enjoyed going to the movies, shopping, crocheting, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Denny Rotenberry, her son Christopher Rotenberry and his wife, Shelby, her son Michael Gottstein, and her daughter Cathy MacMoyle and her husband, John, and her grandchildren, John and Jordan MacMoyle. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Ivan and Kathleen Pearce. A viewing will be held on September 1 from 2 to 4 PM with a service to follow at Lacey Memorial Home, 1022 Lacey Road in Forked River, NJ. Family and friends are invited to attend.
