Patricia Zappavigna

Patricia A. Zappavigna, 64, of Manahawkin passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Mount Vernon, New York, she lived there and in Naples, FL before moving to Manahawkin 34 years ago. Mrs. Zappavigna worked for many years as a self-employed virtual assistant. She was member of the Manahawkin Moose Club, and was an avid poker player. While she enjoyed spending time with her family above anything else, one of her great pleasures in life was enjoying a good glass of red wine. She is survived by her husband, Joseph; her sons, Joseph of Barnegat and Anthony and his wife Becka of Howell; her grandchild, Elio; her brothers, Steven, Robert and James Day; and many other relatives and friends. Cremation was private. A memorial visitation will held on Friday, October 29, 2021 from 10am until 12 noon at Forked River Funeral and Cremation Service, 1022 Lacey Road, Forked River.
