Margaret Berlinski

Margaret C. Berlinski, age 74, of Waretown passed away on Friday, November 9, 2018 at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin. Born in Perth Amboy, she lived there and in the Hopelawn section of Woodbridge before moving to Edison in 1966, where she lived until settling in Waretown in 2001. Mrs. Berlinski was a beautician in Perth Amboy, and was a member of the Woodbridge VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She was a parishioner of St. Mary RC Church, Barnegat, and was active in many parish activities, especially bingo. Predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Margaret Wargo, and her sister, Linda Rose, she is survived by her husband, Martin; her daughter, Susan Szafranski and her husband John; her son, Thomas Berlinski; her granddaughter, Melissa Feuerstein; her great-grandchildren, Summer and Matthew; and her brother, Mark Wargo. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2-8pm at Lacey Memorial Home, 1022 Lacey Road, Forked River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday at 10:00am at St. Mary RC Church, Barnegat, with entombment following at St. Marys Cemetery, Manahawkin.
