Eleanor May Bartlett-Haas

May 26, 1917 — June 27, 2016

Eleanor May Feedham-Bartlett (Haas) passed away peacefully at her home in Forked River NJ on June 27, 2016, at the age of 99. In attendance were her daughter Sharon, her granddaughter Elizabeth, and her great granddaughter Naia. She was predeceased by her parents, Angie & Fred Feedham, her brothers Charles and Marcus, her sisters Blanche Major and Alice Merchant, her first husband Lewis E. Bartlett, her second husband John R. Haas, and by her grandsons Christopher Busch and Terrence Swan. After working at Buffalo Arms during WWII, Eleanor went on to work at Fisher Price Toys, before concluding her working career as head bookkeeper at Moog Valve in East Aurora, NY. She is survived by her two daughters Sharon Bartlett-Busch of Forked River NJ and Joan Little of Nicholson PA, and by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Eleanor lived most of her life in East Aurora New York, before moving to Florida when first husband Lewis retired. When Lewis passed away, she remarried to John Haas and remained in Florida until John passed away, after which she moved to New Jersey to live with her daughter Sharon. Services will be held at the United Methodist Church, 8795 Co Rd 441, Colden, NY 14033 on Friday September 23, 2016 at 3:00 PM.
